Join us for fun, recreational kickboxing classes open to men and women of all ages and abilities. No prior experience needed. In a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere, you'll work on combinations, coordination, and technique using gloves and pads. There's no sparring, but the punching bag is always there to give everything you've got!
Friday's session turns up the heat a little: more combinations, shorter breaks, and a chance to really go for it, perfect for kicking off the weekend with friends or family!
